On the 7th February 2009, STPRI held the Chinese NEW YEAR in the STPRI Hall. The chinese students wearing "Red" for the occasion alson line up for getting ready and also welcoming the other students and teachers into the STPRI Hall.

Our Principal, Mrs Jenny Ang wearing all beatifully in Red giving the speech as an opening for the Chinese New Year celebration STPRI.[Below] The students who were involve in performing the Drama about what Chinese New Year is all about...also giving some extra informations about the Do's and Don'ts on the Chinese New Year Day.
STPRI's very own LIONS!! Roar! .....Perform by three sporting Male Teachers....well done and it was a great spontaneous performance..one of the best yet...
There were also quizzes to win some Red Packets from Mrs Jenny....uuhhh money..money...
Finally the Real Lion Dancers came giving an exciting performance..although our Principal intended that these as surprise, most of the teachers and even the students were already expecting the Lions to do the performance! Still it was an exciting and Fun show! Yeah..
No need to worry ladies these Lions won't bite...i hope?!
